Introduction:
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the terms and conditions that govern the acceptable and responsible use of Oownee LLC's services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP and the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Compliance with Applicable Laws:
Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and statutes related to their use of Oownee LLC's services. Regardless of the purpose of use, users must adhere to the terms of this AUP. Any violation of this AUP constitutes a breach of the terms outlined in the Oownee LLC User Agreement.

Prohibited Activities:
Users are prohibited from using Oownee LLC's services for activities that:

Violate any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation.
Involve transactions related to illegal substances, drug paraphernalia, stolen goods, hate speech, violence, discriminatory content, obscenity, copyright infringement, sexually oriented materials, firearms, and regulated weapons.
Involve transactions associated with fraud, pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick schemes, multi-level marketing, annuities, off-shore banking, or bribery.
Include the sales of products identified as highly likely to be fraudulent by government agencies.
Involve activities requiring pre-approval without obtaining said approval.
User Responsibility and Liability:
Oownee LLC holds no responsibility for any physical or virtual damage incurred by users through the use of our services, irrespective of the type of damage. Users acknowledge that their use of our services is voluntary, and if they disagree with any aspect of this AUP, they should refrain from using our services.

Taxation and Compliance with Local Laws:
Users are responsible for understanding and adhering to the tax regulations and laws of their respective countries. Oownee LLC does not control the taxation of users and is not responsible for any tax-related obligations. Users must also respect the laws and regulations of their operating country and acknowledge that they operate within the legal framework of their jurisdiction.

Fraudulent Use and Accountability:
Neither Oownee LLC nor any third party is responsible for any form of fraudulent use of our services, regardless of the manner in which it occurs. Users must use our services in a legitimate and lawful manner, and Oownee LLC disclaims any responsibility for fraudulent activities.

Account Termination and Legal Action:
Oownee LLC reserves the right to terminate user accounts without prior notice if violations of this AUP are detected. In cases of severe violations or fraudulent activities, Oownee LLC may contact relevant legal authorities, if feasible, to ensure compliance with the law.
In the event of a dispute arising from the use of Oownee LLC's services, it is expressly understood that Oownee LLC shall have the sole discretion to choose the appropriate court or tribunal to resolve the dispute.

Modification of Policy:
Oownee LLC reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time as our services evolve and in accordance with legal requirements. Users are advised to review this AUP periodically. Continued use of our services after modifications implies acceptance of the updated terms.
