DEBIT Private and Common (Property) - Page

Regarding "debits," there are two types in Oownee Property Management:

  1. "Debit common charge property" (common charge): These are invoices that pertain to the entire property and are shared among all its members. It includes common expenses such as maintenance of shared spaces, shared utilities, etc.

  1. "Debit private member" (private debit): These are invoices specific to an individual member of the property. These invoices concern expenses or services used individually by a particular member.

In summary, Oownee Property Management software uses quotas to fairly distribute the costs of common invoices among the property's members, and it also manages individual invoices (private debits) for specific services used by each member.
